Tina works with Creative Solutions Consulting to facilitate Advanced Leadership Training classes for the United States Postal Service. These classes are held several weeks throughout the year.
During her 27 year career with the United States Postal Service (Washington, DC), she had served in several key Executive Marketing positions. As Manager, Sales Performance Management she was responsible for the measurement and analysis of $55 Billion in commercial revenue. As Manager, Retail Marketing, Tina’s responsibilities included integration, execution and measurement of retail marketing activities for the USPS. Tina was responsible for leading the team to achieve $19 Billion in annual retail revenue. She was instrumental in organizing the effort to create a Retail Learning Lab, providing the Postal Service with the opportunity for evaluating service to postal customers using new insights into the retail environment, which included Wi-Fi, self-service, leasing space to other complementary retail companies and co-marketing products. The project was completed ahead of time and has exceeded revenue projections. As Manager, Segment Advertising she was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the Prospect Marketing Database and TRACKER, a media budget tracking system which managed $360 million annually.
