Experience Janet has been actively working with large technology companies to develop strategic plans that support customer engagement initiatives. She is regularly called upon to be a session speaker and moderator as well as workshop facilitator at Customer Engagement Technology World conferences (formerly Kioskcom). Janet also provides executive leadership development services as well as meeting facilitation and is currently working with the U.S. Postal Service as the Facilitator/Moderator for the Corporate Leadership Development Programs.
Janet is actively involved on two industry advisory boards – the Customer Engagement Technology World (CETW) Advisory Board (previously Kioskcom Advisory Board) and the Digital Screenmedia Association (DSA) Advisory Board. She is currently the Executive Vice President -Self Service and Kiosks for the DSA as well as the Self Service/Kiosk Council Chair for the DSA. She was the 2010/2011 Executive Vice President (Kiosks) for DSA as well as the President of the Self Service & Kiosk Association (SSKA) for the 2009/2010 term. She has been a judge for the awards programs for both CETW and DSA since 2006. AwardsJanet has received a number of awards including being inducted into the SSKA Hall of Fame in 2008 and receiving the inaugural Kioskcom 2005 Kiosk Industry Leader of the Year - Deployer Award. Janet is a contributing author to the 2006 Liberalization of the Postal and Delivery Sector (Chapter 16 – Economics of the U.S. Postal Service Alternate Access Retail Channels). She is included in the Acknowledgements of the April 2010 Embracing the Self Service Economy research paper. She is also a recipient of the prestigious Federal 100 Award – recognition for the “top 100 executives” from government, industry and academia who had the greatest impact on the government information systems community in 2005. |
